Programmes
Branch Office / Ramechhap Youth Peace Center (RYPC)
Building on the success of DYVP and Peace Ambassador Mobilization Programme, NA has established a Branch Office/Peace Center at Ramechhap, a rural village in central Nepal, which is led and run by graduates of DYVP and supervised by NA's Peace Ambassador.
Objectives
- Provide psychological Para counseling services to youths and displaced families,
- Provide a learning space (trainings and interactive forums) and a resource center, and
- Conduct community awareness and social mobilization Programme. (street drama, etc)
In these times Ramechhap youth peace center is focusing its activities on:
- Psychological counseling and referral support (regular)
- Situation analysis through field visit (4 field visit completed in rural areas of Ramechhap)
- Interaction and sharing programme with different stakeholders (6 programme completed)
- Data collection of IDPs (ongoing)
- Data collection on incidents of Human rights violation data collection (ongoing)
